Chateau Latour Pauillac 1990 is a fine red wine made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, and Petit Verdot grapes grown in the Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux, France. The wine was aged in new oak barrels for 18-20 months and was bottled in 1992. The wine has a deep ruby color, with aromas of cassis, blackberry, dark chocolate, tobacco, and cedar. On the palate, it has full-bodied flavors of black fruits, spice, leather, and coffee, with ripe tannins and a long, satisfying finish. The wine is considered one of the great vintages of Chateau Latour and can be aged for further improvements for at least 25-30 years.
