巧克力小香槟(巧克力香槟酒)

Ingredients:

- 1 bottle of Champagne

- 1 cup of dark chocolate chips

- 1/2 cup of heavy cream

- 1/4 cup of powdered sugar

- 1/4 cup of water

- Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions:

1. In a medium saucepan, heat the heavy cream, powdered sugar, and water over low heat until the sugar dissolves.

2. Add the chocolate chips to the saucepan and stir until the chocolate has melted and the mixture is smooth.

3. Remove from heat and let the chocolate mixture cool to room temperature.

4. Using a small spoon or dropper, add a small amount of the chocolate mixture to the bottom of each champagne flute.

5. Slowly pour the Champagne on top of the chocolate mixture, then add another small spoonful of the chocolate mixture on top.

6. Garnish each flute with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.

7. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious Chocolate Champagne!
